Shipping Policy:


Shipping is free! All items will be shipped standard ground U.P.S. or U.S.P.S. normal rate. You are responsible for shipping charges on return items. If you would like Priority or 2 day shipping, Please contact us by phone and we will make the arrangements and quote cost.

Shipping to locations outside the USA

Returns:


All returns must be postmarked within three days of initial delivery. We hope you like what you get from us but we understand sometimes it's different to hold a piece rather than see it on the internet.

To return an item to us, send us an e-mail indicating the reason for your return, ship the piece(s) back to us at your own expense, and we will refund your purchase price (plus sales tax if any); we do not refund shipping charges. All items must be returned in the condition the items were sent. We photograph each piece we send out with a UPS label and date in order to document the condition the piece was in when we sent it to you.

In the event items are lost in shipping, Ray's will refund amount only when confirmed lost or damaged status at the fault of UPS. Historic items must have no flaws or cracks when returned. We will be very honest with you in the description of historic pieces so you know what you're getting. We will take the utmost care in packing these older pieces, and we expect that you will do the same.
